Final post for a little bit.
Well I am going to be in the air soon. I will not have good access for a few weeks while I travel from here to Kuwait, to the States and then to South Dakota.
I want to say God bless you all! I will holler back at you as soon as I can!

So I got up today, drove to Philadelphia in freezing rain, did testing for 3 hours, met with the doctor. I thought I was doing ok, even though in this weather it is VERY difficult to breathe outside. A woman from the transplant team came in first and said “So what are you doing at home that we…

A few days ago I moved out of my residence at Q-West and into transient housing here. Basically that means I am a short-timer. I now have under 10 days until I leave Q-West and start the journey back to the United States. One bad thing about this is that we have a whole battalion in transient housing and all trying to use the wireless connection here. Yes, the internet (which was bad to begin...

Hebrews 13:5-6
Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU, NOR WILL I EVER FORSAKE YOU,” so that we confidently say,”THE LORD IS MY HELPER, I WILL NOT BE AFRAID. WHAT WILL MAN DO TO ME?”

Matthew 6:19-21
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

1 Timothy 6:6-10
But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied by contentment. For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it either. If we have food and covering, with these we shall be content. But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money...

James 5:13-16
Is anyone among you suffering? Then he must pray. Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven...
